We operate through our SEC-licensed fund management entity, RV Fund Management Ltd.

Rise also enables users in (Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia and Malawi) and other regions to invest in our U.S. offerings through our Cayman-based entities.
