We are duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as Rise Vest Technologies Limited with RC number 1622382 and provide financial services under a Lagos State Cooperative License number LSCS 17080. 

Nigerian users are covered through our pending local SEC application. We have a professional engagement through a trusteeship agreement with Meristem Trustees Limited, who oversees investments on behalf of users and members of Risevest (Victoria Island) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd. All assets are also held in regulated third parties in the relevant jurisdictions.
