What is Direct debit? 

The direct debit feature enables users to securely link their local bank accounts, allowing for automatic withdrawals from the linked account. This feature makes funding easy and hassle-free.

How do I link my bank account?

To link your bank account:
On the home page; Click Fund Wallet > Select Naira Currency > Click Link Account > Continue > Link Bank Account > Enter your account number > Select your bank > Click Save Account.

What is the maximum amount I can fund at a time using direct debit?

You can fund up to ₦20,000,000 per transaction through the direct debit feature.

Can I add/link a third-party account?

No, you can only add a bank account that you own. Transactions to an account that does 

not belong to you will be flagged.

Will i be charged any fee?

Yes, ₦50 is charged when you link your account. Also, a 1% fee applies to each transaction made through the linked account.
